  Acetominophen

Acetominophen is a drug which is used as a painkiller. It is marketed under the trade name Tylenol.

Unlike aspirin and ibuprofen, acetominophen is not an anti-inflammatory drug. Therefore, it is often prescribed for patients who should not take anti-inflammatory drugs (for example, people who are taking anti-coagulant medication to reduce risk of stroke).
